Hello
ACH is only supported by US banks. We guarantee the 4 business day max for success
But some banks will be quicker than that, yes.
Ya'll don't support overseas banks, for example lets say Europe for ACH?
Hi 👋
I'm stepping in as my colleague needs to go.
Correct, we do not support European banks using ACH. For European direct debits, we recommend using SEPA direct debit.
What is the general timeline for sepa debit to process
This is covered in the doc I provided. Here is the relevant paragraph
SEPA Direct Debit is a reusable, delayed notification payment method. This means that it can take up to 14 business days to receive notification on the success or failure of a payment after you initiate a debit from the customer’s account, though the average is 7 to 8 business days.
How about if the banks are in Asia?
