hi! not sure what you're asking. Payments generally happen on a website yes, and part of that can be presenting the customer's bank's popup for 3D Secure on that site.You mention Xero too? If you're using Xero and are not a developer yourself bulding your own payments integration, Xero handles all this for you in their product.
