Since the authentication failed, your system should collect another card / payment method

Is it because of the user’s card problem?

Not really a card problem. Customer should authenticate the payment that is made from him/her via verification process through the issuing bank, but the customer failed to complete

That means this type of error occurs because the user has not completed verification or there is a problem with the card. Is that right
