no, it's a card-only concept. Not really sure what you'd mean since SEPA doesn't have the concept of authorising and capturing a payment, it's more a bank debit that succeeds or doesn't succeed asynchronously

with the concept of extended authorization i mean a large delay (more than the default delay) from the effective payment date and its debit to account
