sub_1PdwYZGppVLMkw06eqapfEvz, the issue is prevalent in the preview of the proration api-side, using:
$prorated_invoice = $stripe->invoices->upcoming([
'customer' => $customerId,
'subscription' => $subscriptionId,
'subscription_items' => [[
'id' => $subscription->items->data[0]->id,
'price' => $planPriceId
]],
'subscription_proration_date' => $prorationTime
]);
```
can you share the JSON response of this API call, and clarify which part you think are wrong?
it's a rather long response, but I just wen through it, and can conclude that my confusion came from not only paying the difference for the remainder of the month, but also paying the upcoming new month. I was unaware of that. Sorry.
Could you tell me where in the API call I can make Stripe return localized descriptions for the invoice items? They are in English now, e.g. "Unused time on Pro after 19 Jul 2024", "Remaining time on Enterprise after 19 Jul 2024" and "1 Ă Enterprise (at 1,995.00 kr / month)". We have both English speaking, Danish speaking and other customers.
yes that's how the upcoming Invoice endpiont works: it shows you both.
good question, not sure. let me run some tests...
thank you!
okay, so it is translated according to the preferred_locals set on the Customer: https://docs.stripe.com/api/customers/create#create_customer-preferred_locales
