Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹

Are you asking if there is a way to opt out of 2FA?

Not trying to opt out, just trying to not have it happen literally every time a user logins

sorry but this isn't something you can change

Its very normal that a client wanting to access their stripe account needs to enter in a code every day or even every link click?

undone hill
#

If they are using the Express Dashboard, yes

Thank you, last question

#

Can I have users use a normal Stripe dashboard but be connected to our platform via Stripe Connect?

undone hill
#

Not if they are Express connect accounts. You would need to create Standard Accounts.

bronze mantle
#

So Standard Accounts can be used with Stripe Connect then?

undone hill
#

Yes.

Happy to help! But you should definitely research the impacts of changing account types. There is a whole shift in control/liability when you change the types of accounts.

Also you should be aware we are migrating away from account types to a more customizable controller setting. https://docs.stripe.com/connect/migrate-to-controller-properties
