hello! It's not possible to use the Checkout Session ID to refund, if you're using the charge parameter, you should pass in a Charge id. A Charge id has the prefix ch_ or py_. You can alternatively pass in a PaymentIntent id in https://docs.stripe.com/api/refunds/create#create_refund-payment_intent - a PaymentIntent id has the prefix pi_
