I also looked into the test clocks, but those appear to only be for testing subscriptions and moving time forward to trigger renewals, etc. The test clocks documentation doesn't indicate that it will affect payouts.

In test mode you want to use the Available balance (https://docs.stripe.com/testing#available-balance) test cards so that hte funds are available immediately.
You can then create a manual payout
If you want an automatic payout, you would have to wait for that to be triggered daily.

I need it to be automatic unless there is a way to get the list of transactions that went into a manual payout.

Yeah I agree -- I can file feedback internally about that. It would be nice to have an auto-payout trigger in test mode

I'm a bit newer to development - is there a preformatted mock payout response documented anywere so I make sure I have it set up properly?
