Is my understanding correct?
Am I correct to assume that events from Accounts that install my Stripe App will be sent out to the Webhooks I set up on the Account I create on the Stripe Account hosting the Stripe App?
Correct yes if the app has been installed on the account(s), your Connect webhook endpoint on the account that publishes the Stripe App will receive all configured events from those accounts

Perfect! Now, it would be great to test this, but I don't suppose there's any way to install an app on another account with releasing it publicly, right?
