hi! PaymentIntents don't support anything like that no. You can build your own UI/logic for accepting a coupon(note, not the ones you actually create in Stripe, since those only work for Checkout or Subscriptions, I mean in general), and then update the PaymentIntent amount in API, though. Or use Checkout.

Atm I want to interacte coupon in STRIPE. Do we have anyway I can update the BE logic to redeeem or trigger one time using coupon after user paid?
Follow maybe like this : Get coupon by api -> User paid with promotion code -> Redeem a coupon .

no, there's no way to "manually" redeem a Coupon in the API, it can only be redeemed by using it in a compatible product like Subscriptions/Checkout.
