I would recommend reaching out to Support on this one, as I believe L2/L3 data is behind a gate for normal card charges, and I'm not sure if that also applies to Issuing cards.
Here's the contact form: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
My apologies. They shouldn't be sending you here for any reason. They have internal processes for escalating tickets to us, so if they try to send you here, feel free to push back
I guess it might be an account rep who did? He has been emailing with my CEO and gave me the invite link, etc. Anyway, I got a support request made
Thanks
If you have a Stripe account manager, then it's usually best to have them handle comms to/from our team internally. They also shouldn't really be sending folks here, but it happens from time to time.
