I get this error:
The account referenced in the 'destination' parameter is missing the required capabilities: transfers or legacy_payments are required on the 'destination' account.
I've already onboarded the account but I can pay an invoice to credit it and debit from a cutsomer. I changed capabilities but it wasn't helpful

Can you retrieve the Account via the Accounts API and inspect the capabilities on the account? Sounds like they don't have the transfers capability enabled
