the domains do show as enabled

Which account are you logged into? Do you have an Account ID?

I'm getting a console warning:

Either you do not have a card saved to your Wallet or the current domain (peteseatery.buenprovcho.com) or stripeAccount parameter (acct_1OmkiPHPQUePPzPp) is not registered for Apple Pay.
And I've tested that I have a Payment Method added to Safari, so I know it's not that

My assumption is that, since this is a payment form that's being generated with a Stripe-Account header set to a Connect Account, the Payment Method Domain needs to be verified for them too

I hadn't seen that warning. How did you manage to trigger that one? The one that I see is ```

You need to follow the guidance from this section of the docs to register your domain for that connect account: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/payment-methods/pmd-registration?dashboard-or-api=dashboard#register-your-domain-while-using-connect

Register and verify domains to use payment methods (including Link, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) in Elements or Checkout's embeddable payment form.

Ok let me check that because I know it is verified through our top level account but not sure if we went and verified it through the connected account

Going forward it should be verified only through the connected account and not our top level account, right
