Looks like you aren't actually passing in a PM ID to your attachment request?
Also those objects don't seem to exist anymore
Did you just delete your test data?
This is all existing code that works with normal payment methods. It only doesn't work when using pm_card_* payment methods

Oh you are trying to set it as the invoice_settings.default_payment_method via an update here. That doesn't work.
You have to attach it first using https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_methods/attach?lang=java
When doing that you will get a response with an actual PM ID for the PM that was attached
So then you update the Customer to set the invoice_settings.default_payment_method using that PM ID
We do attach it first, but we don't look at the response. So, the response is the same pm id for a normal card, and that's why it's working, right?
