hello! It's not possible to renew an already cancelled subscription. However, you can provide the ability to sign up / pay for a new subscription instead : https://docs.stripe.com/payment-links

I also would like to add trial to my subscription, do I have to create another page for free tral checkout, or I can add something to my create subscription object?

if you're creating a Subscription via the API, you can set the trial using https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/create#create_subscription-trial_end, or https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/create#create_subscription-trial_period_days
