After automatically creating a new user, I see that the metadata of the newly created user does not contain the data I entered (id:XXXX). What format should I use to enter it? Can you show me an example? There are no examples in the documentation

You can create a Customer object yourself, with the metadata you want. After that create the Checkout Session with that Customer ID: https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-customer
