Locations don't get created automatically
You may have a location different from your account's DBA

So would the best practice just be to take an adress again? Is it not possible to just assign the delivery adress as a location?
And also some of our clients will be taxi drivers and they will not have a static location.

It's up to you. You can create a location via the api, so if you've already collected an address, then you could pass it in again there

One last question I have is as im doing a api request on behalf of a connected account to create a loaction do I need to pass their account_id?
