Our account manager told us to come here. This was after multiple attempts with support team but everyone seemed stumped.
Can you share an object/id from your account so I can look at it?

Ok thanks taking a look to see if anything stands out to me, but I do expect you'll need to speak with support to ensure your account is still configured for radar
Ya, figured this wasn't the perfect place for this issue. Just following orders.
Ok, here's what I understand currently:
You shared a connected account ID. That connected account doesn't appear to have custom radar rule functionality available, but the managing platform account does.
If I view the platform account Radar rules page, I can see the expected "add rule" options as I see on my own account.
Since it appears you use direct charges, its important to understand how this interacts with Radar via Connect: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/radar
I suggest working with your contact further on Connect + Radar and how this applies for direct charges to ensure you're getting the desired behaviour.
but briefly, with Direct charges, the rules of the connected account apply.
thank you!
So either way this isn't a bug this is something the connect account has control of?
Just looking for something we can take to the platform account and tell them this needs to be addressed on their side. They just kept sending us to stripe as if they weren't aware of why this would happen
Hey there ๐ jumping in as my teammate needed to step away. Bear with me a second while I catch up here.
Getting my bearings here, so you aren't the Platform in this case?
i am not no
we are just one of many accounts on the connect account
I am seeing maybe that if we only have an "exress dashboard" that we can not set our own radar rules. I know at 1 point we did have the ability.
Would that mean that they recently moved us from full access to express dashboard?
I don't know for sure, but I don't think so. I don't think it's possible to change the level of dashboard access available after a Connected Account has been created.
When you log into the Stripe dashboard, are you still able to get to the Radar related pages?
Yes
Then I'm pretty sure you still have full dashboard access.
okay so still not sure why we wouldn't be able to create our own radar rules, right?
No, not offhand, Radar is something our team isn't too familiar with. Are you able to create new rules in test mode, or is the button gone in both modes?
both modes
FWIW, https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/radar is a blank page

Hi there, stepping in for my teammate
hi
Looks like it's possible that your platform disabled the ability to create Radar rules
