It should be within the error returned via the API, otherwise you can find it in your Dashboard via https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

Hi there. That doesn't appear to be the same request you referenced in your question. That request id is for a subscription creation request, which succeeded

I don't see 3ds failures for that payment intent. I just saw that it required 3ds authentication, but 3ds wasn't ever attempted

And I don't see the error from your question either. Are you sure you're sharing the right id?
