You can choose one of them that fits your reconcilitation needs
But you can choose non default columns as well in any report.
For example i can create itemized.1 report by selecting all the columns, including default and non-default, in the report itemized.3 and it will be same.

Yup! The differences in the reports are the default columns, but you're able to configure more.
