@bleak kiln can you do the same Subscription except without billing cycle anchor etc so that it generates a real Invoice on Subscription creation?

In Réunion, the Franch VAT rate is 8.5%, and not 20% as in Paris.

Maybe Stripe Tax is not able to manage this type of thing, and doesn't know the exact VAT rate for each region of France ?

@bleak kiln ok dug in and seems here's what I found
according to this doc: https://docs.stripe.com/tax/zero-tax#excluded-territories La Reunion should be excluded for Stripe Tax. I also don't see any docs of Stripe mentioning treament for St Denis differently. So the fact that it calculated 20% and not 0% or 8.5% seems off.

Can you please take in_1Pb3n4FozK3SDFaCrTiajsc0 and txr_1P6zazFozK3SDFaCOJMdblPZ and write in to Stripe Support mentioning all what we discussed here. Flagging that this calculation should detect La Reunion and/or Saint-Denis and result in a non-20% tax rate.
