Timing is quite important like sending the money to the third parties should be as soon as possible since our model deals with fruits and veggies

So, I mean being able to send the money to the shipping company asap and to the real seller in 24/48

You can send the funds as soon as they've settled on your Platform account. Settlement timing is specific to the country where your Stripe account is based, and the table showing those details can be found here:
