The thing that i want to do is like the user put his bank account and i pass him to stripe with the amount and stripe do the transfer, is that possible? or something like this

That's the link that i was checking, and my question is that if i have to enter the user bank account in the dashboard where i have to pay one user, or i can pass stripe the bank account in a request
