in short, i need to set those two fields via api when creating a subscription

duration should be lifelong starting from january first 2025 and the other field to be february first 2025

Hello, you can use subscription schedules for that. The dashboard creates a subscription schedule in the background when you use those options https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules/use-cases#start-subscription-future

there's no fields days_until_due and billing_cycle_anchor_config on subscription schedule
