Hm yes.
In our scenario we used automatic reconciliation.
So I am thinking how we can have link between customer_cash_balance_transaction (funded) and payment_intents that were charged

I see what you mean, I don't think that's possible...

The bank transfers will be added to the customer balance, and then that customer balance will be used for any eligeble Invoice/PaymentIntent

You probably need to track this using your integration/database.
