I recommend replying in your support thread about this and continuing to work with that team
I have sent them a couple of emails and it's been more than 48 hours but no one has replied.
Unfortunately with support not replying at all, my account is about to be deleted in 4 days.
I feel there's a bug because whenever I try to submit the verification, within just 2 seconds it says to resubmit the verification.

Btw earlier there used to be an option showing a call option to contact support. Has that been removed? I can't find it since a few days.
I'm not sure, it may be displayed based on the team's availability/if someone's online at the moment
