Basically it is whether we count each event individually or just the latest one that you sent us within the period

ok well I have a meter I clicked copy to LIVE mode from test mode. There are no events on it. But its Pre-aggregated Daily...and I need to change it to RAW
Test mode has some events. So can I not edit it on LIVE mode even though there is no data on live mode?
Actually sms_usage in test mode doesnt have any usage on it. but it wont let me edit it

It looks like that is not updatable. I think we expect you to create an entirely new meter if you want different behavior there
