Hello, did you write the Stripe code that made that call, or was it written by ProcessOut?
It was written by ProcessOut. It was tokenization by ProcessOut. During authorization this error appears. We are using a tokenized card token.
Hi, Pompey, thanks for joining in
Of course, it looks like that error happened because of an internal setting that isn't turned on on your account. If you reach out to our support team and send them that request ID, they should be able to identify the issue and look in to enabling your account. https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
We already contacted the support. But I hardly doubt that the support agent on the call understood the same thing you mentioned.
Unfortunately we can't change account settings on this server. Our support team is the right team to help you here, if you tell them that it is an internal setting specific to Apple Pay that may help the next agent find it better. If not, they should be able to escalate to someone who is more knowledgable on Apple Pay
