@humble flare what manual verification email are you referring to?
We are using stripe payment element to add a payment method (for bank accounts + credit/debit cards) and when someone clicks "enter manual details instead" through the payment element add bank account flow, there is an email sent from stripe to the person adding in their bank account to verify the microdeposit in their bank account

Unfortunately not. The only thing that changes in that email would be the logo and name of your business, which are based on the logo/name you set in the Stripe Dashboard. Aside from that, nothing else can really be changed
Ah so it would always reflect the platform?
Looks like we'll need to build it ourselves then. is there anything I should keep in mind for that?
Our desired functionality is that connected account's name/branding displays in the email, if that helps clarify the question?
We can't really advise on how to setup your own emails unfortunately.

I believe the logo depends on the charge type. So if you're using Destination charges, then the logo and name would always be the platform's. Whereas, if you were using Direct charges, the logo and name would always be the Connect account's
