Hi 👋 that typically indicates something isn't set up on the device in a way for us to recognize that Apple Pay is ready to be used. Do you already have a card in the Apple Pay wallet on the device being used?

If you use the device to view this page, do you see a single Apple Pay button shown near the top of the page?

If you don't see a single Apple Pay button on that page, then your device doesn't already have Apple Pay set up. Are you logged into your Apple account, and do you already have a card added to your Apple Pay wallet for that account?
