There is no direct way to check that..
But you can check the cancellation_details:
https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/object#subscription_object-cancellation_details-comment
If submitted, that means the customer canceled the Subscription.
If they submit nothing when canceling the Subscription, it's not possible to track that...
