Hello, are you using Connect? The most common cause of this error is that you are making a call as the platform account for an object that exists on a connected account or vice versa

I can look at that and the product ID to see what the mismatch may be

Ah, that plan parameter is expecting a price_ or plan_ ID
If you check the dashboard page for that product, you should see an ID like that somewhere
