I don't understand your quesiton. If you want to see Apple/Google Pay, you need to follow the requirements above. For example for Google Pay:
- use httpS
- have a card saved in pay.google.com
- use Google Chrome
- etc
maybe because i have not finish [have a card saved in pay.google.com] ...
if you don't have a card saved in your wallet, the Google Pay option won't appear
