hello! have you tried navigating to the connected account in your Dashboard then clicking on the 3 dots to View Dashboard as... and attempting to deactivate the Payment Link there?

I dont see Copy ID on my payment link page
I'm guessing this wont work in the dashboard as the payment link lives with the connect account and i need that Stripe-Account header which can only be set using an API call?
Why does deactivating even needs to set an application fee?

I dont want to perform it from the patform account, as its the connect account user who i want to deactivate the payment link

so you're saying that when you're logged into your platform account, when you attempt to de-activate the Payment Link, you're getting that error?
