Hi there, you can run stripe login to log into your Stripe account, so that you can manage your Stripe apps through CLI

Stripe CLI doesn't have a command to list your Stripes. See "stripe apps --help" for a list of available commands.

No there's no command to download a Stripe app to your local machine.

If I update the permissions on an existing app that is in production will that affect existing customers in any way?

Yes, if the user has updated to the version that has updated permission.
