Hi there 👋 I'm not aware of any limitations around that offhand, but that sounds more like a legal/compliance question so you should check with your legal advisor regarding that.

Yea it's not stated anywhere.. The only place it covers data storage is in section 16, but i believe that is to be referring to storing data WITH Stripe (don't store personal data, passwords, etc.)
