Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. 👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

You're refering to the Customer Portal, yes?

mild egret
#

yeah, this page

wet ingot
#

Got it. That's a Stripe hosted page that requires a full redirect as far as I know, but let me double-check

mild egret
#

i already contacted the email customer support and got a yes as an answer

#

#

in short, they said it's possible

wet ingot
#

The Customer Portal is intended to be a Stripe-hosted surface so I think functionality would likely break due to Stripe JS checking the hosted domain

mild egret
#

but i already have a custom hosted domain

#

the problem is iframe related security headers

#

something like cors but for iframes

#

the domain is a custom one

wet ingot
#

Right, that's sort of what I meant. The Portal needs to be able to make calls outside of the domain where your i-frame is hosted, which is partly where the issue comes from

mild egret
#

so basically i cannot use it on an iframe

#

despite what the support told me

wet ingot
#

Correct.

mild egret
#

that's quite sad since the only reason i paid for a custom domain was due to the response i got

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not sure why they sent you information on Stripe Checkout, when you're talking about the Customer Portal. I also can't read the language, so I can't really provide any additional color
