You cannot update an existing price like this. You need to create a new Price object

Ah okay. On that note I know I can deactivate Prices but can I just delete them as well?? I am in Test mode

You cannot delete a Price but you can mark it deactivated. You can see all the valid API actions here: https://docs.stripe.com/api/prices
