Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

Hello, by "shipping form" do you mean when using Address Element?

viral grove
#

yes

Gotcha, I do think you would want to collect that yourself in this case but let me double check

viral grove
#

That's right, but I want the appearence to match the Address Element!

lapis oyster
#

Yeah we don't collect email via Address Element so you would need to build this part of the form yourself

#

In terms of matching, I'd recommend inspecting the Element in your browser and then styling your own form to match

viral grove
#

Gotcha, I'll just do it like that then

#

Do you think it's possible for me to add a field in between the Address Element's fields?

lapis oyster
#

No, that's not possible as Address Element is an iframe

viral grove
#

Gotcha, then I'll just recreate the top field and add my own

thanks
