Great thanks! That has made PayPal ask for the shipping info that's great. I was expecting to see the address in the webhook data. But the address is still blank there.

Can you tell me a bit more about that? What Event type are you listening to when you're trying to find the address details?

Actually scratch that I do have the shipping information! I was looking at the blank billing info. that I do not need for the express.
