it's regarding the bank account verification document which stripe ask

whihc i trying to get from user's as a file

i also provided the code as well

you can see no bank account verification doc asking thing here

all data is provided and profile is complete , then why it's not verified on stripe dashboard

Not sure. From my end it just shows payouts are disabled but doesn't show any item as to why
