You can only send money to them if they onboard as a connect account to your platform

"Im working on website where company is paying to blogger for advertising. Company paying, money transfers on my stripe account and then i send it to blogger" - is it possible to do with stripe?

Only if they onboard as a connect account to your platform. That's the only way to send money to someone via stripe

So they must be registered as business only? I tried to register connect account and i had to fill my business data.

and my last question is if i can send money to connected account not using stripe page, but my web. I mean if i have to manually send each payment to connected accounts through stripe page, or i can automatize it with code?

It would be automated

Depending on the account configuration you choose, you'd do either destination charges or direct charges
