payment method , does it have limitation that the payment method can only by through Stripe or it could also be other payment method

With an Invoice you create in Stripe you either have to pay it via a Stripe-supported payment method type or you mark it as paid outside of Stripe.
Yes, we support Alipay so you can pay an Invoice with Alipay

we have accounting system which use Xero from Hong Kong
Can we connect Stripe invoices with Xero invoices?

We don't know much about connectors since we just focus on direct use of the API. I think you can, yes -- we have stuff that references a Stripe/Xero integration like: https://support.stripe.com/questions/setting-up-your-xero-account-with-stripe
But mostly if you want help with connectors then you would want to talk to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login about that
