Stripe doesn't create refunds automatically. You have to create a partial refund of the last paid Invoice using the prorated amount.

So, what's this mean? I think i have a misunderstand of this.

If set to true, it will add credits to Customer balance, but it doesn't result in a Refund. The credits then automatically be applied to any new Invoice on that Customer. If you want to refund, set it to false, calculate the prorated amount yourself, and partially refund the latest paid Invoice.
