Hi, if you're not using Connect, the only way to send funds would be by issuing a refund, https://docs.stripe.com/api/refunds. Otherwise, there is not a way for you to send funds directly to an end cunstomer.

or i am thinking another way like we can create external account using that ACH details so by default that account attached with the platform and by that id we can send payment from platform one bank account to another

That is not possible, you can top up your Stripe balance, then send the funds to the connected account?
