I'm trying to achieve the design with separated inputs because the one-line <CardField /> component simply doesn't fit the design of our app. Is it possible to create something remotely similar to the design with separated inputs?

In that case can you look at PaymentSheet instead. On mobile we standalized to PaymentSheeet for quite a while

I did take a look at that, but I don't think it fits our use case unfortunately 😦

The screen these inputs are on is just to add a payment method to the customer (which will then be reflected in a separate saved payment methods screen), not to purchase anything
