Just for testing purpose, we are using Stripe Add fund button from the UI only

Just more visibility, we are not able to add funds to those connected accounts that created without External Accounts information i.e. Account, Routing Numbers

You have to have the transfer capabilities enabled on the Connect account in order to be able to use that button: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/account-capabilities
