👋 Welcome to your new thread!
⏲️ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).
⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

This is one of the examples req_YZtZPOnP3Ol6sE. I phrased the question as if it's happening to me but I actually cannot replicate it. It's happening to our customers in prod
when you're trying to attach a PM to a customer or update an existing PM we actually send an auth to the issuing bank with 0$
so any decline from the bank side is possible
even insufficient_funds
Ah I see, since it's $0 does it show up in customer's account? Do you have any docs where I can read more about this?
it can just be an authorization (with no 0$ charge) but in some cases it's also an authentication
Appreciate your help 🙂 Thanks Tarzan!
sure let me know if you need any more help
