there should be no dynamic formula or percentage static. instead stripe does this calculation by its self

if so, you'll need to compute the new amount yourself with this formula: https://support.stripe.com/questions/passing-the-stripe-fee-on-to-customers
means there is an e commerce store, end user means the customer who visits and shop the items
