I believe it's not in beta but as far as I know is not available to everyone. One probably needs extra permissions to access this part of Stripe documentation

Yes, that's correct. Do you know how did your account got this enabled? Stripe Support should've shared some related documentation after doing it.

I'm a part of organization account, which is Elopage. So personally I don't know how it's done, our Finance team takes care of this
All I have is a document which is called "EMD in Stripe integrations"

In the document is says "Date the seller last amended their offering on the marketplace"

I see it's part of an invite-only beta, so I would suggest to reaching out to Stripe Support, they will have more info about it.
